WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU
Providing Western Canada with a fresh take on safety.
SAFETY PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
A Health and Safety Program is an important aspect of Health and Safety Management Systems. The program outlines how employers manage important elements such as occupational health and safety policy, inspections, procedures, meetings, statistics, and training. Pure Safety can develop and implement programs for clients that are effective in conveying a company’s commitment to safety.
PROCEDURAL
DEVELOPMENT
Safe Work Procedures are step-by-step instructions guiding individuals through a task, to ensure it is performed safely. Ensuring involvement from front-line employees in development with these procedures will help with buy-in, compliance, and ensure hazards identification is complete.
INCIDENT
INVESTIGATION
Employers are responsible for investigating workplace injuries and incidents. Pure Safety is able to assist clients in investigating with an unbiased, team-based approach. As employers, we need to empower our staff to participate and provide feedback when injuries or incidents occur in the workplace. Our investigations also ensure to provide a benefit to clients in preventing reoccurrence.
INSPECTIONS
Employees have the best knowledge of their workplace, and are usually the best individuals to inspect a workplace. However, work fatigue and repetition can result in safety hazards or elements being be missed. Pure Safety has a wide range or experience and knowledge in different industries and can provide clients with a fresh take of their workplace, providing action items for any potential areas of improvement identified.
WorkSafeBC COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
If WorkSafeBC has inspected your workplace and has issued an order or penalty, you will have a required action to complete. Pure Safety can work collaboratively with your organization to obtain and maintain compliance with these associated WorkSafeBC orders or administrative penalties.
INTERNAL/EXTERNAL
COR AUDIT
The Certificate of Recognition (COR) is a voluntary incentive program that recognizes companies who develop and implement health and safety and injury management systems that meet an industry standard.
